How can I place an order?
To order you can create an account at rolluikonderdelen.co.uk, you can also choose to checkout without creating an account. You can create an account in advance or if you already have products in your shopping cart.
All information you provide to rolluikonderdelen.nl will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

There are 3 ways you can order and checkout.
1. You shop first and create an account at the time of checkout.
2. You shop first and log in with your account at the time of checkout.
3. You shop first and checkout without logging in or creating an account (Direct Checkout).
After you have placed the products of your choice in your shopping cart, choose ''complete order''.
After checking out, you will receive confirmation of your order and payment.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail about the status of your order. If your order is shipped with PostNL, you will also receive another e-mail containing a tracking number and a link to see where your order is at that moment.
How do I know if my order has gone through?
After successful completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. When you have received this e-mail, we have also received your order and you can be sure that your order has been included in the processing and shipping process.
Can I change or cancel something after placing my order?
It is possible to pass on a change in your order or a cancellation. Please let our webshop know as soon as possible; by phone on 088-3667373 or by e-mail to [email protected]. However, if your order is already in transit or being prepared for shipment, cancellation is no longer possible. Your order is then already in the delivery process.
