Of course, it can sometimes happen that you want to return a roller shutter component or article for one reason or another. With, consumers can do this free of charge within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons, or you can inform us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to revoke the purchase agreement. As a consumer, you can use the model form at the bottom of the page, but you are not obliged to do so. Please notify us of the defect as soon as possible after its discovery. After notification, you still have 14 days to return the product.

If the sale price of the product to be returned is below € 20, the return costs are not in proportion to the product you are returning and you cannot return these items free of charge. We charge the actual return costs of € 7.53 for a standard parcel or € 4.59 for a letterbox parcel when we mail you a return label.

During this period, you can do with the product what is reasonably necessary to assess the product. Consumers are allowed to try the product as you would in a physical shop. In doing so, you can remove the product from its packaging. If you have done more than was necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this.

Returning your order is simple, and we offer three ways to do this:

1. With PostNL - Free with a product value > € 20 (for the Netherlands)
You can simply return your parcel via PostNL. We will send you a return label by e-mail, which you can stick on the parcel before taking it to a PostNL location. Please keep the shipping receipt for reference. Track and trace of your parcel is included.
If the selling price of the product to be returned is under € 20, the return costs are not in proportion to the product you are returning. We charge the actual return costs of € 7.22 for a standard parcel or € 4.41 for a letterbox parcel when we mail you a return label.

2. Returning to warehouse - Free of charge
You can also return the article to our warehouse in lelystad.

3. Handling the return yourself - Costs are for your own account
If you would like to arrange your own shipping, this is of course also possible. To streamline your return and process it as quickly and efficiently as possible, please enclose a copy of the invoice.

Please note: The return remains your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. For your own safety, we recommend that you send the package with the option of tracking the shipment.

The costs for this return option are yours, unless otherwise communicated by our customer service. We estimate that these shipping costs within the Netherlands will be around €7.95.

Returns of orders not shipped within the Netherlands are always at your own expense.


We ask you to report the defect as soon as possible after discovery by e-mail or telephone to our customer service if you have received an item that is damaged or is an article you did not order.
Please include your order number, name, address, telephone number and all details of the products plus the reason for the return, as well as whether you would like the money returned or would like to exchange the item.

RESTITUTION reserves the right to charge for any damage or an unstamped shipment. If unnecessary damage has occurred to the product, we will charge you for this reduction in value. In this case, we will always contact you.

We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

Your money will be refunded via the same payment option you used to pay for your purchase. The full purchase amount, including any (standard) shipping costs for the return shipment, will be credited to your account or credit card as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days after dissolution.
