Shipping & Delivery

If you place your order on a business day before 5:00 PM, we will hand your package over to our carrier the same day. If an item requires a longer delivery time, we will of course inform you.

Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium
After payment, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. If you have not received it within 30 minutes, please contact us.
Depending on your order, we ship with PostNL, DHL or UPS. We always choose the most suitable option.

If you selected delivery to a DHL ServicePoint, your order will be shipped there. Only when the parcel fits through the letterbox will it be delivered directly to your home.

As soon as your package receives its first scan at the sorting centre, you will automatically receive a track-and-trace code by email. From that moment on you can follow your shipment. Please note that this first scan may be delayed; therefore wait 24 to 48 hours before contacting us.

If you are not at home during the first delivery attempt, the parcel will be taken to a nearby pickup point the next working day. It will remain there for one week. If it is not collected, it will be returned to us. The costs for this return shipment will be charged to you.

Shipping costs Netherlands
– Orders up to €100.00: shipping €5.95
– Orders above €100.00: free shipping

Shipping costs Belgium
– Orders up to €200.00: shipping €8.95
– Orders above €200.00: free shipping

Pickup
When entering your details, you can choose the option ‘pickup’. Collection is possible on working days between 08:30 and 17:00 at our warehouse in Lelystad. After receiving your order we will contact you to arrange the pickup.

Shipping outside the Netherlands and Belgium
For international shipments we charge a contribution to the shipping costs. The exact amount will be shown in the shopping cart once you have entered your address.
On request, we can also ship outside Europe with DHL Express. For more information and rates, please email [email protected].

Please note: returns from outside the Netherlands are always at your own expense.
