Marantec Comfort 260 garage door motor 550 N – without guide rail

The Marantec Comfort 260 is an electric garage door operator for up-and-over doors and sectional doors with a maximum door weight of 90 kg. The Motor has a pulling and pushing force of 550 N and is supplied without a guide rail.

The soft-start and soft-stop functions ensure the door starts and stops gradually. The opening and closing speeds can be adjusted separately. The integrated control unit with a backlit LCD screen makes it easy to set up the operator.

The Comfort 260 operates using Marantec bi∙linked radio technology at 868 MHz. For additional control and security, the control unit offers connection options for, amongst other things, a push-button, a photocell and a wicket door contact.

The maximum door weight of 90 kg applies to all the door types listed. The permitted door height depends on the drive rail used.

Replacing an existing garage door motor

The Comfort 260 can be used to replace various older Marantec drive systems. Please check in advance whether the existing drive rail and mounting are suitable. Also check whether your Handheld transmitters are compatible with the bi∙linked radio system operating at 868 MHz.
