If you have set the order to pick-up by mistake, we can of course still ship it to you. We will then charge the corresponding shipping costs.

When a parcel is refused at the door or is not picked up at a parcel point, it is automatically returned to us. Both DHL and PostNL charge us for this.
When resending the order, we will therefore charge you both the cost of the return and the cost of resending.
These costs will also be deducted when cancelling such an order. This is because the costs we are charged are considerably higher than the standard shipping costs.
