Hörmann The latch (lever lock) with item numbers 1009982, 1009842, 1025090 and 1009990 are the first snappers to have been fitted as standard by Hörmann on its best-selling up-and-over door (Berry) from the 1950s onwards. Read more.
The Hörmann snappers, also known as lever locks, with item numbers 1009982, 1009842, 1025090 and 1009990, were among the first models that Hörmann fitted as standard on its well-known Berry up-and-over doors from the 1950s onwards.
These snappers were often fitted with a cover cap bearing item number 1009850.
As these original lever locks have not been manufactured for around 30 years, we supply the original Hörmann successor model.
Using our fitting instructions, the replacement component can be easily fitted to the existing door.
Depending on the age and model of the door, a minor adjustment to the pull rod or lock may be necessary.
